With funding from the Trillium Foundation, we are working on a special project called “Open Secrets: Toronto’s Queer Histories” which we will feature stories of members of our chorus who identify as Black, Indigenous or People of Colour. We are looking for someone who is affiliated with these communities to educate and inspire community members in the creation of themes and stories which will form the narrative backbone of the concert and to explore musical genres and choral song choices that would illuminate these stories.

This contract is designed to take place over the next 5 months and meetings will be conducted remotely so it is an ideal project to work on during this time of restricted social interaction. This hiring closes on May 14th.
