I am prepared to be a visible member of an 2SLGBTQQIA+ organization. This includes the possibility of any media coverage at concerts and other public events. I am also prepared to allow Singing Out to use photographs, audio and video for promotional purposes and resale.
I agree to engage in marketing efforts for the choir and to clearly state if I am not comfortable being in images to the Marketing Director.
I agree to volunteer my time to the organization, as time permits.
I agree to attend regular scheduled rehearsals on time and in their entirety, as well as any sectional and/or additional rehearsals including retreats scheduled by Singing Out (barring any unforeseen personal circumstances).
I agree to be available for the term concert and, to the extent possible, occasional additional concerts.
I agree to come prepared to rehearsals, including learning my music at home, memorizing lyrics, and practicing choreography.
I agree to save and hold harmless Singing Out, its Directors and Officers and Staff, of any liability for loss, theft, injury or other personal loss incurred while participating in any Singing Out activity.
I agree to join and take an active role in at least one committee to help with the running of the chorus, as time permits.
I agree to familiarize myself with the expectations of membership and the organizations bylaws that are contained in the membership handbook
I agree to read the Singing Out Code of Conduct and all policies including the social media policy.
I agree to purchase and wear the required chorus uniform when required and to inform the appropriate channels when financial limitations arise so that aid can be provided.
I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, and will show proof of age if requested.
